Jasmine is a grade 11 student attending Havergal College in Toronto. She is a passionate philosopher, and she hosts her own podcast, Be (Theoretically) Real, where she aims to make philosophy more relevant through short, engaging episodes. She is a big fan of Greek philosophy, and her favourite philosophers are Parmenides, Lucretius, and Derek Parfit. She is also a huge Moden UN nerd and a classical music geek, and she is always in search of a concert buddy (unfortunately). She is excited to work with the Status Quo Project to make philosophy a more accessible field for students and show that it is, in fact, more important now than ever.
