Sahasro Bhowmik is a deeply driven, passionate, and curious IB Diploma student in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. His deep interest in philosophy first began when he took a TOK (Theory of Knowledge) class in high school. Ever since he has looked for opportunities to learn more about philosophy and its various applications in society. He has done so when he competitively debates, partakes in Ethics Bowl competitions, and explores the internet about philosophical arguments on contentious topics such as free speech, how knowledge is produced, and Artificial intelligence. Outside of learning about philosophy, he enjoys playing the piano, playing the tabla (South-Asian Drums), and drawing as well as playing football, badminton, and volleyball. In his free time, he enjoys watching Suits and trying new East-Asian cuisine.
